摘  要:目的探讨肺炎对心脏功能影响的机制.方法采用气管内接种的方法建立幼鼠金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎模型,分离心肌线粒体,观察心肌线粒体Ca^(2+)ATP酶活性、游离钙含量、钙摄取率和释放率以及心肌组织ATP含量.结果与对照组相比,肺炎组心肌线粒体Ca^(2+)AIP酶活性下降(P<0.05),游离钙含量升高(P<0.05),钙摄取速率下降(P<0.05),钙释放速率升高(P<0.05),心肌组织AIP含量下降(P<0.05).结论肺炎可影响幼鼠心肌线粒体钙转运及能量代谢.这可能是肺炎影响心肌功能的重要病理生理机制之一.Objective To understand the mechanism of impacts of pneumonia on myocardium function. Methods Pneumonia model was made in infant rats with staphylococcus. The activities of Ca^(2+)-ATPase, free calcium contents, calcium uptake and release of myocardial mitochondrial (Mit) and the contents of AIP in myocardial tissue were measured. Results Compared with control group, the activities of Ca^(2+)-ATPase decreased(P<0.05), free calcium contents increased(P<0.05), calcium uptake decreased(P<0.05), calcbium release increased(P<0.05)in myocardial Mit, me contents of ATP in the myocardial tissue decreased(P<0.05)in pneumonia group. Conclusion Myocaidial mitochondrial calcium transport can be impacted by pneumonia in Infant Rats, it may be one of the important biochemical indicators for myocardial function alterations associated with pneumonia.
