摘　　要：药物经济学是用经济学方法评价不同药物保健与治疗方案的经济价值，从而为社会政策提供信息，并且促进卫生成本的降低，该文阐述了药物经济学的主要方法，包括成本分析、最小成本分析、成本效果分析、成本效益分析与成本效用分析，并对药物经济学研究所面临的问题进行了探讨。Pharmacoeconomica is used to evaluate economic valus of health and therapeutic programmes of different drugs by economic methods, so as to provide information for society policies and reduce the increasing health cost. This article elaborated the main methods, including cost analysis, cost-minimization analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis, cost-benefit analysis and cost-utility analysis. It also discussed the problems which pharmacoeconomics is facing.
