摘　　要：目的探索拇手指小块范围软组织缺损最佳治疗技术。方法应用多种类型的吻合指一趾动静脉的足趾微型组织瓣游离移植,修复拇手指不同形式的组织缺损。结果临床应用26例4种类型的微型组织瓣修复拇手指局部缺损,皮瓣成活率100%,达到解剖修复。结论足趾微型组织瓣是修复拇手指缺损较好方法之一,具有较多优点,值得推广应用。objective To explore the best procedures of treatment of the small soft tissue defects in thumbs and fingers. Methods Varied miniature tissue flaps of the toe were used by anastmosing digital artery and veins to repair variform tissue defects in thumbs and fingers. Results 4 types of the miniature tissue flaps have been used in 26 patients to repair partial defects in thumbs and fingers. The survival rate was 100%. Perfect restoration were achieved. Conclusion The miniature tissue flap of the toe to repair defect in thumb and finger is one of the best procedures. There are many advantages. The methods should be application and dissemination.
