摘　　要：目的 报告采用带旋前方肌挠骨膜瓣移植治疗腕舟骨骨不连的方法和疗效.方法于腕挠掌侧切取带旋前方肌的近端挠骨膜 5cm x 2cm,将桡骨膜翻转包裹适宜的挽骨块植入舟骨骨槽内.术后管型石膏固定3个月.结果1991～1998年共治疗20例,术后随访8个月～6年,平均1.8年,骨性愈合达到100%.愈合时间2～4个月,腕关节功能完全恢复正常.结论 该手术方法疗效甚好,操作方便,特别适合于基层医院推广.Objective To report the method and effectiveness for scaphoid nonunion using flap of radial periosteum with muscle pronator quadratus grafting. Methods A about 5cm×2cm proximal radius periosteum with muscle pr-onator quadratus pedicle was harvested in the palm of the hand. Turned it over and packed the suitable radius then transfered it into the space. The hand has been immobilized in a cast plaster for 3 months after the operation. Results 20 cases was treated from 1991 to 1998. The patients were followed up for an average of 1.8 years (8 months to 6 years). The bony union rate was 100%. All 20 fractured scaphoids got union 2 to 4 months after the operation . Complete restoration of wrist function was achieved. Conclusion This method for treatment of nonunion of scaphoid fractures, with its effectiveness, simpleness, was worthy of wide use.
