后路减压加Luque棒固定治疗脊柱转移癌(附32例报告)

摘　　要：目的:探讨后路减压加Luque氏棒固定治疗脊柱转移癌的临床效果。方法:对1987年至1994年因脊柱不稳所致严重腰背痛32例转移性肿瘤手术病人进行临床追访观察,比较术后效果和存活时间。结果:本组平均存活8.7月,30例病人的病变脊椎得到稳定,术后91病人疼痛缓解,24例麻痹瘫痪者中58％得到至少Frankel1级以上功能恢复。结论:本手术方法安全并可有效维持中晚期病人近期脊柱稳定,提高病人存活期内的生活质量。Purpose:To assess the clinical results of posterior decompression and stabilization by double luque's rods for pa-tients with metastatic tumor of spine. Methods:From 1987 to 1994,32 cases of metastatic tumor of spine were operated on. All the cases were followed up and the data were analyzed. Results:The average survival of 32 cases was 8. 7 months; 30 cases had maintenance of spinal segmental stability for the period of survival. Good pain relief was achieved in 91% of all the cases and neu-rologic improvement observed in 58% after surgery. Conclusions:This surgical intervention is relative safety and can effectively stabilize metastatic spine disease to improve the quality of the remaining life.
