溶膜富集光度法测定痕量锗的研究

摘　　要：本工作提出锗（Ⅳ）苯基荧光酮（溴化）十六烷基三甲铵的离子缔合物，用微孔滤膜富集，溶于乙二醇独甲醚中，于波长５０５ｎｍ光度测定．摩尔吸光系数ε＝１０７×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏｌｅ－１·ｃｍ－１，空白值低，干扰少，富集２０倍以上．检测限可达０３μｇＧｅ·Ｌ－１．The work proposes a spectrophotometric method to determine germanium as an ionic associate complex of germanium (Ⅳ) phenylfluorone cetyltrimethylammonium after collecting on a microbore filter membrane,dissolving into 2 methoxyethanol and measuring the absorbance of obtained solution at 505nm wavelength.The molar absorption coefficient ε was 1 07×10 5L·mole -1 ·cm -1 .Reagent blank was lower and interferences were minority.Concentration factor with more than 20 and detection limit with 0 3μg Ge·L -1 c can be arrived.
