几种疾病引起手骨病变的X线表现

摘　　要：目的 :旨在提高几种疾病引起手骨病变X线表现的诊断与鉴别诊断水平。材料与方法 :2 1种疾病的 2 2例的手骨均拍X线片 ,对其X线表现进行分析。这 2 2例均经手术、病理证实和结合临床资料综合诊断明确疾病。结果 :2 2例均有不同程度的X线表现 ,有的有特征性 ,可以单靠X线表现作出诊断 ,如石骨症、骨斑点症 ,软骨瘤 ;有的有一定的特殊性X线表现 ,一般可根据X线表现基本上可作出诊断 ,如指骨结核 (骨气臌 )、痛风 ;有的有各种基本X线表现 ,但无特殊性 ,需结合临床其它资料综合诊断 ,如尼曼匹克病、成骨不全、局部考的松多次注射、类风湿性关节炎、Wilson病 ,松毛虫病、化脓性指骨炎、肺性骨关节病、腱鞘囊肿、皮质旁脂肪瘤、大骨节病、垂体嗜酸细胞瘤 ,黏多糖病 ,L M B综合征。结论 :大部分疾病不能单靠手骨X线检查作出诊断 ,必须结合临床其它资料综合诊断。但手骨X线检查是重要的检查手段 ,对综合诊断及疾病的病变部位、范围、程度的确定有重要价值。Purpose:To level up of diagnosis and differential diagnoses of x-ray menifestation of several diseases caused bone of hand.Materials and Methods:22 Cases bones of hand made appilication for picture of x-ray in 21 kinds diseases,and analyzed its x-ray menifestation.The cases were confir med diagnosis by operation,pathlogic and clinical material.There were x-ray menifestation in 22 cases,it's characteristic diagnoed by only x-ray menifestation,for osteopetrosis,piebald skin,chondroma;howing some special characteristic,basic diagnosis according to x-ray menifestation,for phalanx tuberculosis,gout,there were basic x-ray menifestation,but special-less,needing its clinical material in some cases,for Nieman pick disease,myoloplastic malacia,cordinsome injected a number of times in local treatment,rheumatoid arthritis,Wilson's disease,dendrolimiasis,purlent inflarmmation of phalanx,pulmonary osteoarthropathy,thecal cyst,juxtacortical lipoma,Osteoarthrosis deformans,acidophilic adenoma of pituitary,muco ploysaccharidosis,C-M-B syndrome.Conclusion:There were no-diagnoses by only bone of hand examination in good many disease,must combinotion clinical material,can diagnose.but It's important for x-ray examination of bones of hand;It's important value was to confinme area,limits,degree of disease for universal diagnostic.
