术中胆道造影的计算机X线摄影质量控制

摘　　要：目的 :探讨计算机X线摄影在术中胆道造影中的应用效果与质量控制。材料与方法 :对 2 0 0 3年 2月至 9月我院 32例应用计算机X线摄影的术中胆道造影照片进行效果分析。对照片中胆总管、肝总管、左右肝管及十二指肠的显示情况 ,IP板定位 ,摄影条件 ,造影剂和图像后处理等进行分析。结果 :应用计算机X线摄影的术中胆道造影 ,由于较好地实施了质量控制 ,提高了术中胆道造影的成功率。结论 :在术中胆道造影中 ,对计算机X线摄影实施质量控制 ,对于提高造影成功率 ,发现胆管结石、狭窄、梗阻及位性病变有着极其重要的意义。Purpose:Investigate the application and the quality control of computed radiography in intra-operative cholangiography.Materials and Methods:The CR films in 3 cases of intra-operative cholangiography from Feb.2003 to Sep.2003 were analyzed and compared by the following items:the visualization of the common bile duct,common hepatic duct,the left and right hepatic ducts and duodenum,the position of imaging plate,the radiographic parameters,the contrast media and the post-processing.Results:As the result of the implementation of the quality control in computed radiography,the rate of successful intra-operative cholangiography was raised significantly.Conclusion:quality control is important to successful intra-operative cholangiography in computed radiography demonstrating clearly biliary stone,stenosis and obstruction as well as space occupying lesions.
