摘　　要：目的 :对左冠状动脉起源异常的超声心动图特征进行探讨。材料与方法 :对 7例超声诊断为左冠状动脉起源异常患者进行心导管检查 ,总结左冠状动脉起源异常的超声特征。结果 :7例患者中超声误诊 2例 ,分别为心内膜弹力纤维增生症及左冠状动脉瘘各 1例。左冠状动脉起源异常具有左房左室增大 ,右冠状动脉增宽 ,肺动脉内异常射流束等特征。超声心动图诊断与心导管结果基本一致。结论 :超声心动图检查为诊断该病的首选 ,准确、无创 。Purpose:To analyze echocardiographic charasterstic of anomalous of left coronary artery.Materials and Methods:7 patients diagnosed with anomalous origin of left coronary artery were checked with angiograohic.Results:There were five anomalous origin of left coronary artery in 7 patients,Two patients with endocardial fibroelastosis and left coronary artery fistula were mischecked.Anomalous origin of left coronary artery have such characteristic as LA LV enlarged,RCA incremented and anomalous blood flow in pulmonary artery.Echocardiographic finds coincided with argiographic results.Conclusion:Echocardiography is an accurate、noninvasive and the initial method in diagnosing with angiographic.
