关于心率变异性检测与分析工作规程的建议

摘　　要：目的:提高心率变异性临床研究结果的可靠性和同一性。方法:结合欧洲心血管病学会和北美起搏与心电生理学会工作组拟定的心率变异性测量标准和国内心率变异性研究的工作经验,对心率变异性的测量方法学提出规范化的工作规程。在工作规程中只反映已经肯定的成果,不限制方法学上的进一步发展。结果:制定了心率变异性的临床适用范围,心率变异性的测量指标和方法,提出了提高心率变异性检测可靠性与规范化的建议。对商品心率变异性检测设备的性能提出了要求。结论:通过心率变异性方法学的规范化,可以提高心率变异性研究的可靠性和同一性。Objective:To improve the reliability and unification of heart rate variability measurement and analysis in clinical application.Methods:Combining the standards of heart rate variability measure- ment published by the Task Force of tbe European Society of Cardiology and the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology and the China domestic experiences on heart rate variability measurement, a guideline for heart rate variability measurement and analysis was recommended.The accepted results have been collected in this paper,but there is no limit to the further research and development,in this field. Results:The clinical indications,parameters(both time domain and frequency domain),method of heart rate variability measurement and analysis were put forward.Some requirements for commercial equipments used for heart rate variability measurement and analysis were worked out.Conclusion:Applying this proposed guideline,the results of heart rate variability measurement and analysis would be more reliable and unified in clinical research.
