摘　　要：　本实验用氢化可的松人工造成小鼠免疫功能低下，用口服免疫调节剂进行治疗3周。测定淋巴细胞转化能力；E花环形成率。结果表明；药物可使小鼠细胞免疫功能提高。The effects of immunological modulator o mice with lower immunolgical function induced by hydrocortisonewere studied. Lymphocyte blastogenesis rate and E- rosette formation rate were detected affer treatment 3 weeks later of immunological modulator. The results showed that modulator could increase cell immunological function significantly.
