免疫抑制剂在大鼠同种异体肢体移植中的应用

摘　　要：在大鼠同种异体肢体移植术后应用免疫抑制剂仍然是克服急性移植排斥反应的主要手段。第二代免疫抑制剂环胞霉素A(CsA)和FK - 5 0 6主要阻断免疫活性细胞的白细胞介素 2 (IL - 2 )的效应环节 ,因其以淋巴细胞为主而具有相对特异性。在大鼠同种异体肢体移植术后应用CsA和FK - 5 0 6能有效抑制急性移植排斥反应 ,延长移植肢体存活时间 。It is still the main method to apply immunosuppressants for immunosuppressing actue rejection of the limb allograft in rat.The second generation immunosuppressant-Cyclosporine A and FK-506 could block the activity of Interleukin-2 and are specific for lymphocyte.Immunosuppresssed with CsA and FK-506,Actue rejection could been suppressed effectively and could get pro-longed lived grafed-limb.Furthermore,combination with others have been tried to get better effect.
