摘　　要：目的 :探讨Hoffmann征在脊髓型颈椎病 (CSM)中的诊断价值 ;方法 :观察CSM患者Hoffmann征、四肢腱反射及影像学检查 ,部分患者动态Hoffmann征检查 ;结果 :Hoffmann征可单独出现 ,与脊髓颈膨大以上或以下受压无相关性。 1 2例动态Hoffmann征检查均为阴性 ;结论 :Hoffmann征在CSM患者中表现复杂 ,可以在早期单独出现 ,但作为早期诊断的意义和价值仍需进一步研究。Objective:To explore the diagnosis value of Hoffmann’s sign in cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM).Methods:Hoffmann’s sign,tendon reflex and image were observed in 82 cases of (CSM) patient,12 cases of them examined by improved Hoffmann’s sign.Results:Hoffmann’s sign could appear alone and had no correlation with the pressed section above cervical enlargement or below cervical enlargement.The improved Hoffmann’s sign in these 12 patients were all negative.Conclusions:Hoffmann’s sign showed complicated in CSM and it could appear alone in the earlier period,but its meaning and value in early diagnosis should be further studied.
