摘　　要：目的 :急性成人呼吸窘迫综合征 (ARDS)的治疗的探索。方法 :对 6例病人进行分析。结果 :6例病人成活 4例、死亡 2例。做到早发现、早治疗 ,选用广谱的抗生素及糖皮质激素和山莨菪碱 ,此方法经济可靠。Objective:To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of ARDS.Methods:6 cases of ARDS patient were analyzed.Results:4 of 6 ARDS patients survived and 2 died with successful rate 66.67%.Conclusions:To keep closed observation on high risk patient might be key point for early diagnosis and treatment with broad-spectrum antibiotics,glucocorticoids and anisodamine.This method could be reliable and economic to widely use in clinics.
