新生儿锁骨下静脉的解剖观测及临床意义

摘　　要：作者用一般解剖方法对16具婴尸32侧锁骨下静脉进行了观察和测量,结果左锁骨下静脉全长为1.82±0.17Cm,其中锁骨下段的长度为0.78±0.23Cm,此段与体表的垂直距离为1.1±0.21Cm。右锁骨下静脉全长为1.86±0.19Cm,其中锁骨下段的长度为0.79±0.18Cm,此段与体表的垂直距离为1.25±0.30Cm。压扁管径:左锁骨下静脉起点处是0.26±0.05Cm,中点处是0.31±0.07Cm,终点处是0.40±0.09Cm,右锁骨下静脉起点处是0.28±0.07Cm,中点处是0.32±0.08Cm,终点处是0.43±0.11Cm。上述结果补充了新生儿锁骨下静脉的有关数据。32 Subclavian veins were observed and surveied in sixteen infant corpses useing common anatomical way.The result showed that:The whole ength of left subclavian vein is 1.82±0.17Cm, length of the subclavian is 0.78±0.23Cm, the vertical distance between the subclavian and surface of body is 1.1±0.21Cm; The whole length of right subclain is 1.86±0.9Cm, length of the subclavian vein is 0.79±0.18Cm, the vertical distance between the subclavian and surface of the body is 1.25±0.30Cm. The diameter of pressed vessel on the start of left subclavian vein is 0.26±0.05Cm, on the terminal point is 0.40±0.09Cm;The diameter of pressed vessel on the start of right subclavian vein is 0.28±0.07Cm, on the midpoint is 0.32±0.08Cm on the terminal point is 0.43±0.11Cm. The results reported above, complemented the measurement related the subclavia n veins of newborn.
