企业逃废债务问题的成因及法律对策

摘　　要：企业逃废债务是我国近几年出现的一个严重经济问题,造成企业逃废债务问题的原因比较复杂,法律法规不完善、执法不严格、地方保护主义和债务人资信状况恶化是其主要原因。完善立法,严格执法,尊重经济规律,取消特殊政策保护,是解决企业逃废债务问题的主要法律对策。As a serious economic problem at present in our country, debts evasion of businesses has resulted from such factors as the imperfection of law and discipline, the failure of the enforcement of law, the local protectionism as well as the deterioration of the debtor's credit status. In order to solve the problem, the author puts forward such legislative measures as the perfection of law and discipline and the strict enforcement of them together with the economic law and abolishing some purpose-specified and benefit-oriented policies.
