摘　　要：法官责任制度是中国古代刑事诉讼法的核心内容和传统特色,也是中华法系区别于世界其他四大法系的显著标志,更是华夏民族对人类诉讼法律文化宝库的巨大贡献。文章就中国古代法官责任制度的基本内容与现实借鉴问题进行了全面系统的分析和研究。Judge' s responsibility system is not only the core and traditional characteristics of criminal procedural law of ancient China but also a great contribution which Cathay make to culture treasury of procedural law of mankind. The system is a notable mark which differs Chinese Legal system from other four major legal systems of the world. For the first time this article analyzed and discussed comprehensively and systematically the judge' s responsibility system of ancient China in terms of basic content and current use for reference etc.
