摘　　要：激烈的篮球比赛中,投篮无疑是最重要的一环。投篮不仅是决定胜负的关键,也是运动员水平的集中表现。投篮过程中运动员的心理状态对投篮成功与否起着很大作用,因此应重视运动员的心理训练。In the fierce basketball match, is undoubtedly an most important ring to shoot. Not only it is not only a key of determining the win and defeat to shoot, but also the concentrated expression of sportsman's level. Whether the sportsman's psychological state plays a very big role to success of shooting to shoot in the course, so train in psychology that should pay attention to the sportsman.
