家蚕体内的ATP酶及β-蜕皮素对该酶的调控作用

摘  要:本文研究了植源性β-蜕皮素对家蚕丝腺成长及体内APT酶活力的影响,探讨了从五龄起蚕至吐丝终了这一生长发育阶段ATP酶活力的变化,结果表明:(1)五龄期中ATP酶的活力以肠壁组织最大,脂肪体次之,丝腺体最低;(2)β-蜕皮素对ATP酶的调控作用亦以肠壁组织最为明显,丝腺体和脂肪体则无明显规律。Described the regulation of phytogenous ecdysone on the development of the silkland in silkworm,and on the activity of adenosine triphosphatease(ATPase)in theirbodies;and investigated the changes of ATPase activity in the development phase from the last instar of moulted silkworm to end of their spinnin. The resits obstained in the experiment show ATPase activity in the 5th instar larvae stage is the highest in the gut tissue,secondary in the fat body and the lowest in the silkgland;and the regulation of ecdysone on ATPase activity in the gut tissue is very evident, but is not evident in the silkhland and fat body.
