摘  要:论述了微速差双转子系统整机平衡的新原理和方法 ,按此方法 ,微速差双转子系统的复合振动信号可以分解为两个转子各自的振动信号 ,每一只转子可按各自的振动信号分别进行平衡 .研制一种能对微速差双转子系统实现快速、高精度平衡的仪器 ,并详细介绍了仪器的硬件和软件设计 .通过对双转子系统平衡的实例 。Deals with the principle and method of whole machine balancing for dual\|rotor system with little rotating speed difference.According to this method,the composite vibration signals of dual\|rotor system with little rotating speed difference can resolve to two individual vibration signals and each rotor can respectively be balanced by using the individual vibration signal.We research and produce a instrument which can balance dual\|rotor system with little rotating speed difference quickly and accurately, then discuss the design of instrument in detail from the hardware and software.\;Through the examples of balancing dual\|rotor system,it is obvious that the method is of advantages for increasing accuracy of balancing and for improving quality for dual\|rotor system
