蓝藻Trichodesmium thiebautii细胞外多糖的单糖组成分析

摘　　要：蓝藻 Trichodesmium thiebautii细胞外多糖经过 DEAE- sephacel柱层析后 ,经 TL C、GL C、1 H- NMR分析 ,推定为硫酸化多糖 ,其组成单糖主要为 D-半乳糖 ,其次是 D-葡萄糖、D-木糖、2 -脱氧核糖、L-鼠李糖 。Through column chromatography by DEAE\|sephacel and analysea by TLC,GLC and 1H\|NMR,the extracellular polysaccharide of Trichodesmium thiebautii is identified to be sulfated polysaccharide,which is mainly composed of D\|galactose and also includes such monosaccharide as D\|glucose,D\|xylose,2\|deoxyribose,L\|rhamnose as well as glucuronic acid and pyruvie acid.
