摘  要:通过对玉米自交系旅 9与二倍体多年生类玉米 ( Zea diploperennis,DP)远缘杂交 ,其杂种与玉米回交 ,回交一代 ( BC1 )孤雌生殖 ,获得了具有 DP性状的两个稳定株系 a2 - 1和 a2 - 6 .对其中的外源渗入片段进行了荧光原位杂交物理定位 ,确定了 a2 - 1中外源渗入片段在第 1染色体长臂近末端 ,第 2 ,8染色体长臂中部 ,以及第 6染色体短臂中部 .a2 - 6中外源渗入片段在第 1染色体长臂近末端 ,第 2 ,8染色体长臂中部 .对两株系中渗入片段在染色体上的物理位置的特点 ,位置与抗病性之间的关系 。After crossing maize inbred line Lu 9 with Zea diploperennis and backcrossing their F 1 with Lu 9, the BC 1 was reproduced with parthenogenesis and two stable alloplasmic pure lines a 2\|① and a 2\|⑥ were obtained. We have physically located the introgressed segments of DP in lines a 2\|① and a 2\|⑥ by genomic in situ hybridization(GISH). In line a 2\|①, the introgressed segments were located on the subterminal region of the long arm of chromosome 1, middle parts of the long arms of chromosomes 2 and 8, and middle part of the short arm of chromosome 6, and in line a 2\|⑥, they were located on the subterminal region of the long arm of chromosome 1, middle parts of the long arms of chromosomes 2 and 8. The characteristics of the physical locations for DP introgressed segments in maize genome, the relation between their distribution on the chromosomes and behavior of different disease resistances, and a giving introgressed segment probably containing which kind of disease resistant gene have been discussed.
