纬线高效浸泡助剂及浸泡新技术研究

摘　　要：论文提出生丝浸泡技术三要素中,助剂是关键要素,指出了国际国内纬线浸泡技术落后根源在于助剂落后,介绍了纬线高效浸泡助剂HV—301,HV—303新成果,提出了以新助剂为核心,纬线浸泡时间从20小时缩短至1小时,乃至5—12分钟的浸泡新技术方案,并进行了科学论证.This paper points out that auxiliary agent is a key factor among the three factors of agent, equip- ment and process in raw silk soaking, the cause of backwardness in weft soking technology for inter- national silk weaving in dustry iles in auxiliary agents. Only by constantly developing highly effec- tive and high level soaking agents can such a backward soanking technology be changed radically.
