摘 要:研究了两种商用聚丙烯蜂窝膜 (PPCellular) (EUH75和SHD5 0 )的压电性 .通过热膨胀技术处理测得上述两种商品膜的压电d33系数分别可达 2 19pC/N和 196pC/N .它们比未经处理的样品提高了约两个数量级 ,而比著名的铁电聚合物PVDF高出一个数量级以上 .在强介电气体六氟化硫 (SF6 )中用高达 6 0kV的电晕电压对EUH75和SHD5 0样品充电后 。The piezoelectricity of commercially available PP cellular (EUH75 and SHD50) has been studied. Their piezoelectric d33 coefficients up to 219 pC/N and 196 pC/N were achieved after heat expansion, which are about two orders of magnitude larger than the corresponding coefficients of the samples without heat expansion and over one order of magnitude larger than that of the well-known ferroelectric polymer PVDF. Definitely different influence of corona charging with high voltage up to 60 kV in dielectric gas SF6 on the piezoelectric d33 coefficient for EUH75 and SHD50 samples was observed. The structural origin of this phenomenon was discussed.
