胃赛乐治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨自制胃赛乐胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法　随机分为两组 ,治疗组 30例 ,服用胃赛乐胶囊 ,对照组 30例 ,服用雷尼替丁和胃乐宁。结果　两组治疗前后对比 ,胃赛乐组较西药组症状明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,胃镜检查对比病理症状 ,胃赛乐组较西药组疗效有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组治愈总有效率80 .0 0 % ,对照组总有效率 70 .0 0 % ,两组之间有明显差异 (χ2 =11.4 0 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论　胃赛乐胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎优于对照组 ,疗效稳定 ,无副作用 ,安全可靠。Objective To discuss the effect of self-prduce weisaile capsules on treating chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods Randomly and in two groups,therapic groups 30 cases with administration weisaile, controlled groups 30 cases administrati veytalo of wen.Results The two groups of therapic antero posterior comparison:the effect of weisaile was obvious the state of difference than that of western medicine(P<0.05), gastro scopy and comparison the effect of weisaile was curtive significance of difference than that of western medicine(P<0.05),therapic guoups of cure and total effective reta 80.00%,control groups of cure and total effective reta 70.00%,there was a sigmificant difference between the two groups(χ 2=11.40,P<0.01).Conclusion It suggests that the weisaile granule is obviously superior to both the Ronitidin of Weilening safeeg and reliable the western medicine in the curative effect.
