摘　　要：目的　探讨先天性阴道斜隔畸形的类型、临床特点及治疗体会。方法　回顾性分析 2 3年共 16例先天性阴道斜隔畸形病例。结果　先天性阴道斜隔常合并双子宫、双宫颈以及单肾畸形。结论　对先天性阴道畸形 ,一经诊断应及时行阴道斜隔完全切除术。Objective To study the types and the clinical character and the therapy of congenital vaginal septum.Methods 16 cases were collected in the past 23 years and rebospective study was made.Conclusion Most of the cases complicated with uterine duplication and cervix duplication and renal agensis.Results The vaginal septum must be removed as soon as it is diagnosied.
