摘　　要：目的　探讨道路交通伤的特点及其现场急救新概念。方法　结合我们已进行的大量相关实验研究和多次参加抢救道路交通伤伤员的临床救治体会 ,并引用国内外公开发表的有关论文及著作 ,提出急救新概念。结果　应用现有的先进科技手段 ,使交通伤现场急救方案更趋合理 ,提高救治的成功率。结论　道路交通伤伤员初期的现场急救特别重要 ,最好将救命性的外科处理延伸到事故现场 ,可以及时对病情进行包括简单手术在内的决定性治疗。真正体现“医疗与伤员同在”的现代救护新概念 ,这种策略有可能改善预后 ,降低道路交通伤伤员的死亡率和伤残率。Objective To investigate the characteristics and new Spot-first-aid concept of injuries caused by the civil traffic accident.Methods Based on experimental study and clinical experience about injuries caused by the civil traffic accident and reference collected from foreign nations and our country,the new spot-first-aid concept of the civil traffic were put forward.Results The advanced technological methods made first-aid project on the spot of accident more rational and improved the successful treatment rate.Conclusion It is important for first-aid on the civil traffic accidental spot.Surgical treatments should be extended to the accident spot.The decisive treatment may be used to the cases including simple operation.The new concept is realized through” where is the wounded,and where is medical treatment” , his kind of tactic might improve prognosis and decrease the dead rate and injury rate of the wounded in traffic accident.
