摘　　要：本文针对宽带运营中日益明朗的差异化服务需求,提出宽带网中对用户进行唯一性识别的必要性;进一步基于现有普遍的IP宽带接入网的网络结构及其演变发展等方面的考虑,分析了几种IP接入网络中的用户唯一性识别方法和实现思路,着重介绍了有望成为技术标准建议的一种新的解决思路,希望对用户接入控制的实现提供参考并促进宽带接入网络建设的进一步发展,提升宽带接入网的服务提供能力。This paper brings forward the necessity of uniqueness identification of broadband users with the more and more obvious demand of differentiated services, considering the present network construction and its evolution, then goes further to analyze four main identification methods and realization methodologies, focusing on the new solution which will probably be developed into a technical standard. The paper aims at providing a reference for the realization of user access control, accelerating the development of the construction of broadband access network while promoting the capability of service provision.
