摘　　要：目的　探讨输尿管肾镜下气压弹道碎石术 (U RSL )治疗输尿管上段结石的操作技术及临床疗效。方法　回顾性分析应用 U RSL治疗输尿管上段结石 6 8例的临床资料 ,并结合文献进行讨论。结果　应用 U RSL一次碎石成功率 83.8% (5 7/6 8)。 11例未成功 ,其中 2例改开放性手术治疗 ,9例 (包括 1例术中输尿管穿孔患者 )术中置入双 J管 ,术后体外震波碎石 (ESWL)治疗成功 ,无严重并发症发生。结论　 URSL 是治疗输尿管上段结石的安全、高效、微创的方法 ,结合 ESWL 可治愈绝大多数输尿管上段结石。Objective To evaluate the operation and linical effects of transuret eroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy (URSL) for the treatment of upper ureteral stonesMethod Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 68 cases of upper ureteral stones and discussion with literature reviewResults Successful lithotripsy was achieved on one session in 57 cases (833%)The operation were failure in 11 cases2 cases were adopted open surgery,in other 9 cases (1 case was ureteral perforationa),double-J ureteral stents were insert and successful lithotripsy was achieved with ESWLConclusion Transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy is an effective,safe and less invasive means of treating stones in upper uretesrsMost cases of upper ureteral stones can be cured using URSL combined with ESWL
