两种浓度氦氧混合气体对肺活量及其相关指标的影响比较

摘　　要：目的:比较含80%氦和含60%氦的氦氧混合气体对肺活量及其相关指标的影响。方法:让2组非吸烟健康志愿者呼吸2种不同浓度的氦氧混合气体,并测定吸入前后肺活量及其相关指标的变化。结果:2组受试者基础肺功能测定结果差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),且两组肺活量的变化率犤(15.50±1.57)%,(18.50±2.77)%犦,补呼气容积的变化率犤(85.60±14.50)%,(121.60±32.10)%犦和深吸气量的变化率犤(-5.70±2.43)%(-4.35±3.53)%犦,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:含80%氦和含60%氦的氦氧混合气体对改善肺弹性使肺组织的伸缩幅度增加的作用基本相同,故其改善阻塞性肺疾病缺氧症状的效果也应基本相同。AIM:To compare the effect of helium-oxygen mixtures containing 80%helium or 60%helium on vital capacity(VC) and related index. METHODS:Two groups of non-smoking healthy volunteers inhaled two kinds of helium-oxygen mixtures with different concentration respectively,and the changes of VC and its related index before and after they inhaled helium-oxygen mixtures were measured and compared. RESULTS:There was no significant difference in the data of basic pulmonary function in this two groups(P >0.05).And the rates of VC(%)[(15.50±1.57)%vs(18.50±2.77)%],expiratory reserve volume(ERV%)[(85.60±14.50)%vs(121.60±32.10)%], and inspiratory capacity (IC%)[(-5.70±2.43)%vs(-4.35±3.53)%] showed no significant differences between the two groups(P >0.05). CONCLUSION:Similar effect of helium-oxygen mixtures containing 80%helium or 60%helium is found to improve lung elasticity and increase the range of contraction and distention.So the clinical effect of the two kinds of helium-oxygen mixtures is similar to improve the symptoms of hypoxia induced by obstructive pulmonary diseases.
