桃仁及红花不同配比的血府逐瘀汤对大鼠急性心肌缺血和血液流变性的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察桃仁与红花“药对”不同配比的血府逐瘀汤抗心肌缺血的药理效应。方法:实验于2003-10/12在湖南中医学院实验动物中心完成,选用SD大鼠70只,随机分为模型组、地奥心血康组、桃仁、红花不同配比的血府逐瘀汤(其中桃仁与红花的比值1∶1设为A方组、3∶2为B方组、2∶3为C方组、3∶4为D方组,4∶3为E方组),舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素(Pit)制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,皮下注射肾上腺素加冰水浴制备大鼠血瘀模型,观察桃仁、红花不同配比的血府逐瘀汤对急性心肌缺血大鼠模型心电图T波和瘀血模型血液流变性等指标的影响。结果:桃仁、红花不同配比的血府逐瘀汤可显著改善心肌缺血大鼠心电图T波,各用药组之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),血府逐瘀汤各组及地奥心血康组均能明显改善血瘀大鼠全血黏度及血细胞比容(P<0.05或P<0.01);A方组疗效优于地奥心血康组;其他各方各组与地奥心血康组作用相近。结论:桃仁、红花不同配比的血府逐瘀汤对心肌缺血有明显的保护作用,其功效与桃仁、红花的不同配比之间的关系不明显;同时可有效降低血液黏度,改善血液流变性,以A方效果最为显著。AIM:To investigate the pharmacological effect of xuefu zhuyu decoction in different compatible proportion of peach kernel and safflower against myocardial ischemia. METHODS:The experiment was conducted in the Center for Experimental Animals,Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October to December 2003. Seventy SD rats were divided into model group,Di'ao xinxuekang capsule group,xuefu zhuyu decoction in different compatible proportion of peach kernel and safflower group,and then the last group were subdivided into five groups according to the different compatible proportion of peach kernel and safflower,prescription group A(1∶1),prescription group B(3∶2),prescription group C(2∶3),prescription group D(3∶4) and prescription group E(4∶3). Pituitrin(Pit) was injected into dorsal veins of tongue to establish the rat model of acute myocardial ischemia,and the rat model of blood stasis was established by injecting adrenaline subcutaneously and socking in ice-water. The effects of xuefu zhuyu decoction in different compatible proportion of peach kernel and safflower on the electrocardiogram T-wave of acute myocardial ischemia and the hemorheology of rat blood stasis model were observed. RESULTS:Xuefu zhuyu decoction in different compatible proportion of peach kernel and safflower could obviously improve the electrocardiogram T-wave in myocardial ischemic rats,however,no significant difference was found among the medication groups(P >0.05). The whole blood viscosity and hematocrit in blood stasis rats were significantly improved in all the xuefu zhuyu decoction groups and Di'ao xinxuekang capsule group(P < 0.05 or P< 0.01),and the improvement of the above two indexes in the prescription group A was better than that in Di'ao xinxuekang capsule group,while insignificantly different between the prescription groups B,C,D,E and Di'ao xinxuekang capsule group.
