天红口服液对脑梗死风痰瘀阻证病人神经及血小板功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究天红口服液对急性脑梗死风痰瘀阻证病人神经功能及血小板功能的影响。方法　 60例急性脑梗死风痰瘀阻证病人随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组采用天红口服液结合西药治疗 ,对照组采用单纯西药治疗 ,疗程均为 14d ,治疗前及疗程结束后进行神经功能缺损评分 ,疗程结束后行血小板聚集率 (PAgT)、血浆GMP -14 0等测定。结果　治疗组神经功能评分明显改善 ,PT降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,血浆GMP -14 0含量降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　天红口服液能够抑制或减轻血小板活化 ,改善急性脑梗死风痰瘀阻证病人神经功能缺损。Objective To observe the influence of tianhong oral liquid on neural and platelet function of the syndrome of stagnation of wind-phlegm and stasis in acute cerebral infarction.Methods 60 patients of acute cerebral infarction differentiated as stagnation of wind-phlegm and stasis with ACI were randomly divided into two groups: the treated group with tianhong oral liquid and western medicine and the control group with only western medicine for two weeks. Before and after treatment,we evaluated the function of neural system of two groups respectively and gave scores. After treatment, some indexes such as PAgT and GMP-140,etc. were measured.Results Compared with these of the control group, the evaluation of neural function of the treated group was significantly improved, and the PAgT and content of GMP-140 were lowered. The differences between two groups were significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Tianhong oral liquid could inhibit platelet from activation and improve the neural cells, function of the syndrome of stagnation of wind-phlegm and stasis in ACI,as could be considered effective on the syndrome of stagnation of wind-phlegm and stasis in ACI.
