中药对血脑屏障作用的实验研究进展

摘　　要：通过整理、分析近 10年来中药对血脑屏障作用实验研究方面的资料 ,发现麝香、天麻、薄荷、石菖蒲等可以透过血脑屏障 ;川芎可以透过并对血脑屏障起保护作用 ,黄芪、人参合用维生素C可以保护血脑屏障 ;冰片可以促进血脑屏障的开放 ;活血化瘀治疗和中药复方对血脑屏障也有保护作用。这些研究成果可以更科学地解释中医理论 ,为中药的更好应用打下基础。Chinese medicines are classified by their actions on blood-brain barrier in this composition. Some can permeate BBB; some can not only permeate but also safeguard BBB; some may facilitate other medicine's permeation and accelerate the cure of disease, while some is harmful to brain after permeation. The composition is in favor of better application of Chinese medicine.
