摘 要:对大雁、协庄和昔阳 3个不同煤化程度的煤样 ,在 N2 ,CO2 和水蒸气 3种不同气氛及不同温度下进行了热解研究 ,考察了煤化程度、热解气氛和热解温度对煤热解产物产率和热解气性质的影响规律 .研究表明 ,对上述 3个煤样 ,随煤化程度加深 ,焦产率增加 ,油和气产率一般随煤中挥发分增加而增加 ,但又与煤的大分子结构、热解温度和加热速率等有密切关系 ;干馏气组成 H2和 CH4含量协庄煤样最高 ,而 ( CO+ CO2 )含量因煤中氧含量的降低而下降 .与 N2 气氛相比 ,CO2和水蒸气气氛中半焦产率下降 ,气产率增加 ;油产率水蒸气气氛下最高 .H2 组分含量在水蒸气气氛下最高 ,而 CO,CH4和烃类 C2 ~ C5组分则最低 .LHV在 N2 ,CO2 和水蒸气气氛下逐次降低 .The pyrolysis characteristics of three different rank coals as DY,XZ and XY were studied in different temperature and at three different atmospheres as N 2,CO 2 and steam. Paper research the effects of coal rank,atmosphere and temperature on the yield of pyrolysis products and the composition character of pyrolysis gas. Results show that to the above three coal samples, the yields of char take on one increase trend with the coal rank deeper; the quantity of tar and gas will increase generally with the enhance of coal volatility, but it be effected by coal structure, pyrolysis temperature, heating rate and so on simultaneously. H 2 and CH 4 components of XZ sample have a maximum in this three samples, and ( CO+CO 2) components take a decrease trend with the reduce of O element quantity in coal . Compared with N 2 atmosphere, char decrease and gas increase at CO 2 and steam atmosphere, and yield of tar is highest in steams'. On gas composition, H 2 component has the highest yield at steam atmosphere, but CO and CH 4 and hydrocarbon C 2-C 5 obtain the minimum at it. LHV decrease in turn at N 2,CO 2 and steam atmospheres.
