双气囊三腔管在产后出血中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨产后出血的有效治疗方法。方法对我院2000-2003年在剖宫产术中出现大出血的19例患者应用橡胶双气囊三腔管进行止血,并对治疗经验进行总结。结果在应用双气囊三腔管治疗的19例患者中,有效止血17例,气囊破裂1例,凝血功能障碍1例。结论双气囊三腔管是治疗产后出血的一种有效治疗方法。Objective Search the more effective method for postpartum bleeding treatment. Methods We have treated 19 cases postpartum bleeding in hysterotokotomy with double balloon and triple cavities and synthesize the experience of 19 cases postpartum bleeding treatment.Results 17 cases have been treated effectively ,1 case balloon ruptured,1 case parafunction of blood coagulability. Conclusions Double balloon and triple cavities is effective in postpartum bleeding treatment.
