摘　　要：目的　探讨E cadherin、α catenin在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达降低的临床意义。方法　采用免疫组化法检测 4 4例膀胱移行细胞癌 ,12例非肿瘤组织标本中cadherin、α catenin的表达 ,分析其与病理分级、临床分期、复杂及预后的关系。结果　膀胱移行细胞癌中表达降低与病理分级、临床分期、复发及预后显著相关。结论　E cadherin、α catenin在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达降低提示膀胱肿瘤具有恶性生物学行为 ,与癌的侵润、转移相关。检测E cadherin、α catenin对患者的协助诊断、治疗和预后有积极的意义。Objective To investigate the reduced expression and clinical significance of E-cadherin and α-catenin in bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect E-cadherin and α-catenin in 44 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 12 cases of nonneoplasms tissue as controls. The results were analyzed with clinical stage,pathological grade, prognosis and reccurrence data.Results Decreased expression of E-cadherin and α-catenin correlated with the clinical stage, pathological grade, prognosis,reccurrence and poor outcome. Conclusions Reduced expression of E-cadherin and α-catenin can indicate the maligmant biological behavior of bladder transitional cell carcinoma, and correlate with invasion and metastasis. To detect the expression of E-cadherin and α-catenin can be helpful in predicting the treatment, prognosis and diagnosis of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
