摘　　要：着重介绍基层图书馆电子阅览室建设的主要内容, 即基础设施建设、设备建设、资源建设和馆员培训四个方面的内容。结合自己的实践经验, 对基层图书馆电子阅览室建设的过程中所采取的做法以及应注意的问题提出自己的看法。The article mainly tells the main constructions of electronic reading room of primary library:the construction of infrastructure , the construction of equipment , the construction of resource and library assistant training . According to the experience ,the author comments about methods and questions we should pay more attention to during the constructions of electronic reading room of primary library .
