摘  要:采用常规热压方式对干纤维进行热压制造高密度纤维板,分析了热压温度、板坯含水率、板材厚度及板材密度与高密度纤维板中心层升温速度的关系。结果表明:水分汽化之前,热压温度越高,板材越薄或板材密度越小,其升温速度就越快,而板坯含水率对中心层升温速度影响很小;热压温度越高,板材越薄,板材密度越大或板坯含水率越高,则水分的汽化温度就越高;热压温度越高,板材越薄,板材密度越小或板坯含水率越低,板坯内水分的汽化时间就越短;板材越厚,板材密度越小或板坯含水率越高,则水分汽化后的回落温度就越低,热压温度对回落温度没有影响。水分汽化之后,热压温度越高,板材越薄,板坯含水率越高或板材密度越小,其升温速度就越快。By means of conventional hot-pressing,dry fiber was pressed to make into high density fiberboard.The temperature of its mat’s central layer were measured and noted in the pressing process.Based on the data of experiments,the relations between the rising velocity of mat’s central layer’s temperature and moisture content of mats,thickness,density of panels,hot-pressing temperature were analyzed.The results shows:Before water in mats is vaporized,the higher the hot-pressing temperature is,or the thinner the panels is,or the lower the density is,the greater the growth speed of the central temperature is,while the effect of mat’s moisture content on it is very little;The higher the hot-pressing temperature is,or the thinner panels is,or the higher the density is,or the higher the mat’s moisture content,the higher the water’s vaporizing temperature is;The higher the hot-pressing temperature is,or the thinner panels is,or the lower the density or the less the moisture content of mats,the shorter the vaporizing time of the mat’s water is;The thicker panels is,or the lower the density is or the higher the mat’s moisture content,the lower the falling temperature is after water is vaporized,and hot-pressing temperature has no effects on it;After water is vaporized,the higher the hot-pressing temperature is,or the thinner the panels is or the lower the density is,or the higher the mat’s moisture content,the greater the growth speed of temperature is.
