摘　　要：通过分析可持续发展理论在北京市延庆县白河周边的小流域综合治理中的应用和体现,指出可持续发展理论对小流域综合治理的重要指导意义,提出开展小流域综合治理,实现地区生态经济系统的可持续发展的一些意见和建议。Analyzing the application of sustainable development theory to the comprehensive management of small watershed near Baihe River, which is located in Yanqing District, Beijing, this paper points out the importance of the theory as a guideline in comprehensive management of small watershed and gives some advice and suggestions in respect of the sustainable development of the regional ecological and economic system .
