TAO患者红细胞免疫功能的研究

摘　　要：报道76例血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者红细胞免疫功能的研究结果,并以55例健康献血员作为正常对照。结果显示,76例活动期患者的RBC—C_3bRR明显低于正常对照(P<0.01),RBC—ICRR明显高于正常值(P<0.01)。稳定期患者的RBC—C_3bRR和RBC—ICRR与正常对照相比无明显差别(P>0.05)。揭示RBC免疫功能可作为判断TAO病情活动和缓解以及药物疗效参考指标之一。Red cell immune adherence(RCTA) tests were carried out in 76 TAO patients the results were compared with those in 55 normal blood donors. The results showed that the rate of RBC C_3b receptor rosette(RBC—C_3bRR) in the patents at active stage was significantly lower than that of the controls(P<0.01), while the rate of RBC immune cφmplex rosette(RBC—ICR) formation was significantly higher than that of the controls(P<0.01). The RBC—C_3bRR value and RBC—ICRR in the patients at stable stage were not significantly different from that in controls(P>0.05). It is suggested that RCIA tests could serve as a diagnostic marker for the various stages in the course of TAO and as a means for evaluating the effect of treatment.
