海洋药物甘糖酯分子量与分子量分布研究

摘　　要：目的:以分子量与分子量分布项目检查替代传统的黏度测定。方法:参考2000年版《中国药典(二部)》附录ⅤH项下多糖的分子量与分子量分布测定法,以高效液相色谱法对类肝素海洋药物甘糖酯进行分子量与分子量分布检查。结果:10批样品的重均分子量在11289～12566之间,分布宽度小于1.5。结论:在甘糖酯质量标准中,可以用分子量与分子量分布测定替代黏度检查项目。Objective:Using the examination of molecular weight(MW)and molecular weight distribution(MW distribution) to replace the traditional method of viscosity.Methods:Referring to the measurement of the MW and MW distribution of polysaccharide from the appendix ⅤH of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,this study conducts the quality standard method of MW and MW distribution to replace the viscosity method.Results:Ten batches of mannose's statistical average molecular weight on the basis of weight distribution(MW) are between 11 289 to 12 566,the distribution width below 1.5.Conclusion:Using the examination of MW and MW distribution instead of the viscosity is available.
