中、小学生感染蠕形螨的调查研究

摘　　要：对6405例中、小学生的面部蠕形螨感染情况作了调查。结果表明有蠕形螨寄生者711例。总感染率为10.8％,其中男性感染率为11.9％,女性者为9.4％,两者有显著差异(P<0.01)。发现16岁～20岁龄组感染率(17.5％)明显高于11岁～15岁龄组(8.8％)及6岁～10岁龄组(8.8％)(P<0.01)。感染部位以颊部最多,其余依次为颏、额、鼻沟和鼻尖部。有面部皮疹等皮肤病患者的感染率(26.75％)显著高于正常人群(P<0.01)。The present paper deals with the epidemiological studies of the hair follicle mite in the students of primary and middle schools. We have tried to detect demodex on the face with 2cm×5cm adhesive cellophane tape technique. 707 positive cases were discovered and total infection rate was 10.8%. The highest rate of infection occured in 16-20 age group (17. 5%) and it was much higher than that of the age group of 6-10 and 11-15 years old (P<0. 01). The infection rate found on various parts of face were in the following order: cheek (70%), chin (63.3%), forehead (83.3%), nasal groove and nasal tip (53.3%). In the paper, the comparative study was made between individual with the general skin disease and the nomal individual. The infection rate of mite in the indivudial with the general skin disease (26. 6%) was much higher than that of the healthy person (12. 5%) (P<0. 01).
