新生儿低镁血症(附17例临床报告)

摘　　要：报道17例新生儿低镁血症(低镁),以早产儿、早期新生儿、牛乳喂养儿多见。低镁时往往同时存在低钙血症(低钙)或其它疾病。其临床症状难以与低钙鉴别或被原发病掩盖。及早同时测血清钙和镁,能提高诊断率。治疗单纯低镁者仅利、镁即可,对同时低钙者也强调先补镁盐。Seventeen cases of hypomagnesemia in newborn infants were reported. Most of them were premature infants, early newborn infants and infants who ate cow's milk. Hypomagnesemi a is often acompanied with hypocalcemia and other diseases, its clinical menifertations are often agypi cal and can hard to be distinguished. So early examination of serum magnesium and calcium simultan iously may be helpful for the diagnosis. Hypomagnesemia alone can be treated with magnesium. If hypocalcemia coexists, magnesium should be given first.
