大学生感染蠕形螨的调查研究

摘　　要：采用透明胶带粘贴法对430名大学生进行面部蠕形螨感染情况的调查,结果查出感染者348名(占80.9％)。检查男性243名,女性187名,阳性者分别为200名和148名(82.3％和79.1％),感染率男、女性之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但高年级女性感染率明显高于低年级。以鼻部和颊部检出机会为多。感染度以轻度者占阳性者中的60.6％。感染的种类中毛囊蠕形螨、皮脂蠕形螨和两种混合感染分别占43.7％、19.3％和37.1％。本次调查还显示面部皮损与蠕形螨感染有关。This paper reports the survey of Demodicid mite infection with adhesive cellpane tape methods among 430 college students(243 male; 187 famale). The results showed, that 348 cases are Dositive, the infection rate of Demodex was 80.9%, including 200 cases of male(82.3%) and 148 of famale(79.1%). There was no significant difference between sexs(P>0.05). However infection rate in 3rd year students was higher than that in the second year ones. And 60.6% of the infected students showed a slight degree of infection. The infected parts were mostly seen in nose and bucca. The infection rate of Demodexfalliculorm, Demodex brevis and both of them were 43.7%, 19.3% and 37.1% respecitively. It is suggested that facial skin injury is associated with Demodex infection.
