甲状腺疾病再手术的原因分析

摘　　要：对21例甲状腺疾病再手术的原因进行分析后发现:再手术的主要原因是医源性因素造成的。为使其再手术率降至最低限度,应注意:甲状腺结节在首次手术前尽可能地有形态和功能学方面的检查,以便了解结节的大小、数目及结节的大体性质;术中应详细地探查,以免小的结节被遗漏;甲状腺疾病的手术、应有多年临床工作经验专科医师施行,具备有良好的技术条件,手术操作必须规范;尽量避免行单纯结节摘除术。In this paper, the reasons of thyroid diseases reoperation were analyzed. we found that the main reason was iatrogenic factors. In order to decrease the rate of reoperation caused by the iatrogenie factors to the lowest limit, we suggested that the function and morphology of the throid nodules be carefully examined before initial operation. During the operation, the thyroid nodules must be carefully inspected least the small nodules were missed. Finally, the first operation should be performed by the specialized surgeons who have rich clinical experience and excellent skills.
