摘　　要：讨论了污泥比活性测试、液体流态分布测定计算及物料平衡分析等研究厌氧工艺的方法。实践表明,这些方法的综合应用对研究厌氧消化系统、控制运行过程有重要意义。The paper presents the methods of estimation of sludge specific activities, determination and calculation of fluid flow pattern in digester and analysis of material balance in fermentation. The application of the methods in different scale anaerobic di-gestion system shows their significance in the research of anaerobic technological process and control of operation.
