摘 要:本文研究了酸度、离子强度、介质等因素对健那绿荧光光谱的影响。发现随着体系酸度的增加,健那绿的荧光强度呈增强趋势,但在pH>4.54后,体系的荧光强度会发生波动。体系的离子强度不仅会影响健那绿的荧光强度,也会使发射波长红移。体系中乙醇的存在会使健那绿的荧光强度增强。测得健那绿在水和乙醇中的荧光量子产率分别为0.10~0.26和0.25~0.50,荧光偏振分别为0.11和0.04。Fluorescent spectroscopy of Janus Green(JG) was investigated. Various factors affecting the fluorescent signal were discussed in detail. It was found that pH could influence the intensity of JG and the ion strength also could result in the increase of the fluorescent intensity and the red shift in emission wavelength. The presence of alcohol in the system could make the increase of fluorescent intensity. The quantum yield of JG in aqueous solution was in the range of 0.10~0.26 and that in alcohol was in the range of 0.25~0.40. The polarity of JG in different solvent was different. The polarity in aqueous solution was 0.11 and that in alcohol was 0.04. The first analytical application was proposed.
