摘  要:焙烧质量的优劣,对碳素生产至关重要。而焙烧实质上是骨料与粘结剂煤沥青的共碳化过程,粘结剂经历了前期的物理迁移和后期的热解缩聚,在骨料母体间形成强固的粘结焦,从而赋予制品以独特的“碳素”性质,它决定了焙烧制品的质量及其裂纹生成和断裂行为。因此,对于焙烧过程中煤沥青粘结剂行为的分析具有理论和实际双重意义。High and low of baking quality is of great importance to carbon production. Baking was a co-carbonization process of fiuer with bider coal pitch in fact After binder has undergone physical transport in the earlier stage of baking and pyrolytic fasculation in the late stage, the reinforced binding coke was formed between the fiuer precursors, thus imparting unigue properties to products, and these properties determined the quality, formation of crack and breaking behaviour of baked products, therefore, which possess the twofold significance of theory and practice to the analysis of the coal pitch binder behaviour during baking process.
