摘  要:本文研究了大直径中间相沥青炭单丝的不熔化过程。不同恒温时间的不熔化过程中元素量的变化及其红外光谱分析指出了不熔化的原理。研究结果表明不同的不熔化条件使最终的大直径中间相沥青炭单丝的力学性能及横截结构产生了明显的差异;随着恒温时间的加长(直至恒温4h)以及升温速率的减少,大直径中间相炭单丝的取向度增加,此趋向与大直径中间相沥青炭单丝的强度变化相一致。Oxidative stabilization of large-diameter mesophase pitch carbon monofiber in the 30~40μm diameter range has been studied. The Changes of elemental amount and the characterization of large-diameter mesophase pitch monofiber at different holding time. while oxidative stabilization by FT-IR indicated the principles of oxidative stabilization. The results have shown that the mechanical properties and transverse structure of Final large-diameter carbon monofiber are distinct differences.These differences are related to the different conditions of oxidative stabilization.The results have also shown the degree of orientation increases with increasing holding time until 4 hours holding and decreasing heating rate, this result is consistent in the change of tensile strength of large-diameter mesophase pitch carbon monofiber.
