摘　　要：本文介绍了叠片式小啮合角剃齿刀的结构特点和调整机构的设计原理。按本文设计的剃齿刀刀体可重复使用,重磨次数多,高速钢消耗量仅为整体式的1/3。如采用涂层高速钢,叠片剃齿刀还是加工6～7级精度中硬齿面齿轮的理想刀具。In this paper,the construction characteristics of laminated sh rot addendum shaving-cutter and the design principle of its adjusting mec hanism are described. The new type of shaving-cutter , which is designed by adoption of the theory in this paper, has more re-sharpening times, Longer tool-life,and the 1/3 consumption of high-speed-steel as compared With the convertionai shaving-cutter.If its gear-form cutting-lame is made of carbide or high quality high-speed-steel , it can be used for Shaving the hardened gear also.
